Hi!
It's been more than a year since I published Skin Remodeling DIY and I am grateful to be part of a growing community of folks who are interested in skin care, personal health, social well-being, and environmental care. When we invest is these areas of life, we promote holistic health in all regards.
Health, in all its forms, is beautiful.
Visualize the skin of a baby, child, or young adult. The skin of youth is velvety soft, smooth, clear and even toned. One way to maintain youthful skin is to keep it fresh looking. Good health provides a great foundation, basic skin care practices provide minimum maintenance and advanced skin care methods can result in radiant skin.
Stay tuned and join me in practicing and striving towards nourishing self-care, loving kindness, environmental compassion, social empathy (and skin care) to nurture ourselves and all.
Quick tip: stress produces cortisol which degrades collagen. To counteract stress, set a timer for 5 minutes, close your eyes, and try to maintain a blank mind (no thoughts) until the timer goes off. Focus on your breathing, a beautiful image, or a meaningful word. This is an excellent way to reduce the impacts of stress.
Take good care of yourself and others, Deborah
